Buying and finding a vacation house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Heather was very professional as well as personal…our stresses were high as it was Covid times and being out of towners we were buying home in SWFL, and all our criteria needed to be met. Heather is not only a fantastic realtor, but she is also an excellent support system. Anytime we had a question be it financing, negotiating the price, working with HOA for approvals, Heather was there for us. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the vacation home of our dreams. Working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair and making sure we had everything was fixed and in working the day we came into the town to take possession. Heather is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you.
